Fitness routines have certainly been suffering with stay at home restrictions lately, but they don’t have to! A lot of gyms and studios have pivoted to online during this time, and many were already there ahead of time. If you need to get a good sweat on from home, I have a few at-home workout programs for you to check out.

BRonDemand

MOVE with Lightwork Wellness

My friend Tayler is a yoga and fitness instructor that has moved her training online with her very own program, MOVE. I’ve been to Tayler’s yoga classes before and they were so good! You can see her program here and get a taste of it on her Instagram.

BBG in the SWEAT App

I’ve shared my thoughts on the BBG program here, but to recap, I loved this program! The SWEAT app has a ton of great workouts and you can choose a program that fits with your goals and the equipment that you have available. I’ve taken a short break from the app since I’ve been doing a ton of barre workouts and personal training, but I was doing the PWR at Home program most recently and loved it!

Homebodies with @rrayyme

I’ve followed @rrayyme for years and love her content! When she started doing IG Live workouts at the beginning of COVID, I was all over it. She now has a fitness program called Homebodies where she is a sharing a new workout every day for 365 days. Bonus: Her cute pups often cameo in the videos.

Melissa Wood Health

Melissa Wood’s program is all about long, lean lines, and she certainly has that! I love that her program is low impact and the workouts don’t take very long.

These are just a few of my favourite at-home workout programs that are easy to squeeze in so you can stay in shape. Christmas is coming and many of us are stuck at home… trust me, we’re going to need a good sweat to stay healthy and to keep from losing our marbles!
