I must admit that when I first found out I was pregnant, I was way too overwhelmed by all of the options to do any shopping for baby. I swear, shopping for a stroller is like shopping for a new car.
Speaking of a new car, I suppose that is the first thing that we’ve purchased for Baby Carter. Kirby and I traded in our truck and purchased a new Toyota 4Runner to comfortably accommodate our growing family. It dawned on us one day that two large dogs and a baby probably wouldn’t fit in the back seat of our Tacoma – LOL.
Now that we have a family-sized whip, I feel like I can focus on some of the other necessities for baby. Here are a few of the things that I’m shopping for baby.
I feel like I’ve barely scratched the surface on baby clothes, but Kirby and I are starting to nail down a few of the necessities for when our little Blob arrives. When it comes to things like a crib, stroller and car seat, I like to do my research, make a decision and stick with it. No going back and forth for me!
Cute clothes on the other hand… I’ve been all over SpearmintLOVE, Minted Method Shop, H&M and Indigo for neutral styles. And of course, we’ll be stocking up on easy onesies.
I’ll be updating my new Baby Shop page with new items throughout this pregnancy and when baby arrives! I’m certainly no expert, but I’m lucky to be learning from some of the best moms out there.
