I’m not going to lie. I don’t have a lot of budget kicking around these days to buy things for myself! No matter how much you prepare for a baby, there are so many things you have to pick up in the days and weeks after they arrive. If I was in a shopping mood and had some cash to burn through, I’d probably spend it on Mara (lol), but otherwise, this is what I’d want this month!

+ casual sweatshirts // I always love casual sweatshirts for lazy summer nights on the patio. I like this oversized sweatshirt with a pocket, this zip-up tunic hoodie and this cozy quarter zip.
+ high-waisted underwear // This mama needs some high-rise underwear while recovering from a C-section. I’m loving these new ones from Aerie that crossover at the belly button.
+ retinol serum // Now that I’m no longer pregnant, I’m looking to test out a new retinol serum, and I’ve had my eye on this serum from Versed.
+ chic belt bag // I totally need a cute belt bag to really execute those mom vibes. This chic belt bag is under $40 and comes in a few colours and prints.
+ serum for hair growth // I’ve heard that a lot of women experience postpartum hair loss and thinning, so I’d love to get started with a quality serum for hair growth and see if that helps.
+ fitted dresses // I loved wearing fitted dresses with the bump, but I’m also looking forward to wearing them once my belly is back to normal! This long sleeve dress is so cute and on sale! I also love this midi dress with the button front.
+ muslin baby blanket // Okay, one thing for Mara! How cute is this muslin blanket?
+ ankle strap heels // I need to add a good pair of ankle strap heeled sandals to my closet and I love the height of this pair.
+ terracotta serving bowl // It wasn’t until we had a ton of friends and family stopping by to meet Mara that I realized I have nothing for hosting. First step in remedying that? This beautiful terracotta serving bowl.
+ high-waisted swimsuit // I wasn’t able to wear high-waisted swimsuits with the bump, but this is my favourite style! I’m loving this bikini top and bikini bottom from Aerie. It’s $50 for the set!
