There is just over one week until Christmas and I’m sure more than a few of you are scrambling to finishing your shopping! Most shipping deadlines have now passed to be guaranteed by Christmas Eve and no one really wants to brave the mall at this point. So, what are some great last minute holiday gift ideas you can put together?
Paw Prints
Last year for Christmas, my sister and I snuck over to my parents’ house with some paint and a canvas. We painted our family dog’s paw and pressed it on the canvas to gift mom and dad Koda’s paw print. It’s a special piece of art that they will always cherish, especially because we had to say goodbye to Koda two days after Christmas.
Baked Goods
Who doesn’t love some Christmas baking? An easy gift that anyone on your list is bound to enjoy is some Christmas baking. Support local business and treat someone on your list with a gift card to a local restaurant, shop or experience. Some of my favourite gifts over the years have been gift cards to the spa, home decor shops and even the car wash!
