I absolutely love decorating for the holidays and I love having a theme to stick with. This year, I’m going with white and earthy holiday home decor. I had to keep all of my red, gold and silver decor packed up!
In decorating my home for the holidays, I keep it simple. I decorate the mantle, tree and throw a few wreaths up on the walls. My only non-negotiable for holiday decor is to make sure Odie’s ornament is on the tree!
This year, I did most of my holiday home decor shopping at Indigo and Canadian Tire. I also have some special pieces that my mom DIY made for me.
White House / Snowball Garland / Sage Green Stockings
My Christmas tree is from Walmart. My mom actually surprised me with it when I lived in Edmonton! I opened my apartment door one day and it was waiting outside for me. Kirby and I also get a real tree in early December, but this little faux tree is fun to decorate and keep up throughout the season.
Most of the ornaments on our tree are from Canadian Tire, as is the bark garland.
