My go-to smoothie lately has been this delicious blueberry concoction! It doesn’t have a million ingredients and it’s super tasty. I am notoriously bad at squeezing in breakfast, so I usually opt for a mid-morning smoothie like this one.
Recipe
1 Cup of Almond Milk
1 Small Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder (I hate when smoothies taste so much like protein powder..)
1/2 Cup of Frozen Cauliflower
1/2 Cup of Blueberries
1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
Blend it all up and pour into your favourite cup with a reusable straw!
