Eat, drink and be merry with some of my most favourite and festive holiday drinks! There are so many great things about the holidays, and festive cocktails, mocktails and hot beverages are up there on my list.
If you’re looking to spice up your beverage selection this holiday season, here are a few of my favourite holiday drinks.
Peppermint Hot Chocolate
This holiday drink just hits the spot. I like to make a simple hot chocolate and mix in a few drops of peppermint extract, plus some crushed up candy canes and top with mini marshmallows! So festive and tasty.
Sparkling Cranberry Mocktail
I’m a big fan of mocktails. I’ve never been one to drink much alcohol, but still like a fancy drink, so I often choose a mocktail instead. One of my favourites for the holidays is a Sparkling Cranberry Mocktail. Just mix half cranberry juice with half ginger ale, add a bit of lime juice and garnish with fresh cranberries. So delicious!
Cranberry Mule
Moscow Mules are one of my favourite cocktails, and they are just that much better with cranberry. Here is a recipe for a simple Cranberry Moscow Mule that is sure to be a hit at your virtual holiday party.
Classic Eggnog
Who doesn’t love eggnog? This is such a classic holiday drink. Kirby and I like to have some eggnog when it first hits stores, and then again right at Christmas. In my opinion, it’s a must have on Christmas Eve.

The Mistletoe Kiss
This cocktail is sure to make you pucker up. I love this holiday drink recipe, and it’s super simple! Just a few ingredients need, most of which you probably have on hand.
Chestnut Praline Latte
Obviously there is a Starbucks classic on this list! Is it even Christmas if you haven’t had a sugary drink in a Starbucks holiday cup? I’m a fan of the Chestnut Praline Latte – what’s your favourite Starbucks holiday concoction?
These are just a few of my favourite holiday drinks. I’ve shared a bunch of other holiday favourites on my Pinterest page as well! I’m definitely going to need a good workout after consuming all of these festive faves.
