Introducing: Wellness Wednesday

Hello friends!

A new year is here and I have so much planned for SammmyHill.com in 2020.

To kick things off, I will be introducing a new series on the blog called ‘Wellness Wednesday’. I touched on my resolution to focus on my health and wellness in my 2020 Goals post, and this series will cover my journey towards improving my mind, body and soul. 

Introducing Wellness Wednesday

Wellness Wednesday will cover a variety of topics, including fitness tips, favourite fitness gear, favourite recipes, experimenting with different nutrition plans or detoxes, mental wellness tools and much more. The series will also follow my personal journey in creating routines and better habits. 

I’m so excited to take care of myself this year and to document the journey on this blog.
