As soon as I spotted this polka dot blouse (see what I did there?!), I knew it would complete a cute Valentine’s Day outfit! It’s feminine without being too girly, and it would go great in a workwear wardrobe as well. I paired this pretty top with my high waisted straight cut jeans and black leather ankle booties.
