I’m feeling slightly limited in my spring shopping lately (the bump doesn’t make shopping easy!), but there are a few spring trends that I’m really loving and planning to test out this season.
+ Oversized Denim Jackets – Denim jackets are a spring staple and this year, I’m loving the oversized look. This style goes perfectly with a tee and leggings, a sweater and midi skirt or even a jumpsuit. I scored this denim jacket on Amazon for under $50.
+ Chic Slide Sandals – This mama-to-be is not going to be leaning down to tie shoes anytime soon! Slides are arguably my favourite style of sandals and there are so many chic styles out this year! Ruched, braided, cloud-like cushions – I’m loving the unique styles and they are so easy to slip on and head out.

+ Ribbed Mini Dresses – As the weather warms up, I’ve mostly been wearing ribbed mini dresses that hug the bump. Spring is the best time to bust this style out, as it can get a bit too warm in the summer.
Black Dress / Henley Dress / Caramel Dress
+ Short Lounge Sets – I know none of us are ready to retire the loungewear, and why should we? There are plenty of options out there for spring in lightweight fabrics and shorts sets. A good pair of lounge shorts is a must, and the matching top is definitely a bonus.

+ Sage Green – I love sage green any time of year, but it really is such beautiful colour for spring. I like this colour in dresses, lounge sets, accessories and shoes.

+ Straight-Leg Denim – This is one spring trend that I won’t be able to take part in this year thanks to the bump, but it’s been around for a while now and is sure to stick. I love the look of straight-leg denim with a cute long sleeve shirt and some short, strappy heels for spring. A bonus of this style is that it makes your legs look miles long, which is key for a shorty like me!

+ Cold Shoulder Sweaters – This is another style that is perfect for the spring season. Cold shoulder sweaters are one of my favourite spring trends. They look polished and can be worn out for a nice dinner or a shopping day with friends. Just don’t forget sunscreen on your shoulders 🙂
