What I Want For Winter to Spring Transitional Wardrobe

I know, I know. There is still snow on the ground and occasionally falling from the sky here in Kelowna, but it won’t be too long before Spring is on its way!

I plan to be prepared when the snow melts and the sun shines a bit more frequently, so I’m stocking up on Winter to Spring transitional pieces. I love transitional pieces because you can get so much wear out of them. Living in a place that has four true seasons, it’s much easier for me to invest in cute sweaters that I’ll wear year-round, rather than tees that will get me through a few months.

I have been stocking up on a ton of great sweaters and long sleeve tops lately, including this one and this one. It’s not too hard to stay warm with a good sweater and a light layering jacket, like a denim or moto jacket or a trench coat.

Another key transitional piece for me is light or medium wash denim. You can wear them now, or in the heat of summer with a light tank top. I have been living in this pair of mom jeans from American Eagle, and I love that they offer a ‘short’ length option!

In case you need some inspiration for what to add to your Spring transitional wardrobe, I’ve put together a few of my favourites!
